Services Provided

• Community College Program–receive funds to pursue a career in child development at one of the 96 participating California Community Colleges.
• Child Development Permit Stipends–receive funds and technical assistance to apply for or renew a Child Development Permit issued by California Commission on Teacher Credentialing. CD Permit History Report 08/01/96 - 07/31/08. New CD permit Overview PowerPoint Training.
• Career Incentive Grants–receive funds while pursuing a career in child development.
• Professional Growth Advisors–locate an advisor or become an advisor to others.
• Training and Technical Assistance for CARES–receive assistance or attend events if you are county Children and Families Commission staff, CARES program administrator or participant, community college faculty or staff, or AB212 program staff.
• Schedule of Nontraditional Classes and Trainings–find out about online classes, distance degrees, workshops and more.
• Stanislaus County CARES–resources for early care and education providers in Stanislaus County.
